Book an activation callWhat you pay ZiroWait. What you pay Meta.
Two separate bills, on purpose: your ZiroWait plan, and WhatsApp's own per-message cost once you go past the free monthly allowance. We don't mark up the second one.
For a single counter or a small team getting started.
For a busier business that needs more staff and more room to grow.
For multi-location or high-volume businesses.
These are Meta's own published rates, not ZiroWait's. GST shown at 18%.
ZiroWait is registered with Meta as a Tech Provider, not a reseller. These are Meta's own prices passed through with nothing added on top. Some WhatsApp tools mark up Meta's price by 15 to 35 percent; we don't.
The 1,000 free service messages a month belong to a phone number, not a business. On ZiroWait's shared number, that allowance is split across every business using it. On your own connected number, it's yours alone, but Meta will need a payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account to keep delivering your messages once the free allowance is used.
Good things to ask first.
Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Your number is connected to the official WhatsApp Business API, so customers get messages from your own business number.
Who owns the number and the account?
You do. Your number and your WhatsApp Business account stay yours, and you can disconnect them any time.
Can I still use the WhatsApp Business app on that number?
It depends on the number. We check this with you before connecting, because some numbers have to be moved off the regular WhatsApp apps first.
How long does it take?
Connecting usually takes a few minutes.
Can I start on ZiroWait's shared number first?
Yes. Start on the shared number and connect your own number whenever you're ready.
Does WhatsApp charge for these messages?
From 1 October 2026, yes, beyond a free monthly allowance. Meta (WhatsApp) gives every WhatsApp number 1,000 free service messages a month. After that, each message costs about ₹0.115 plus GST. This is Meta's price, not ZiroWait's, and we do not add anything on top of it.
Is the free allowance different on my own number vs the shared number?
Yes. The 1,000 free messages a month belong to a phone number, not to a business. On ZiroWait's shared number, that allowance is split across every business using it, so it can run out quickly. On your own number, those 1,000 free messages a month are yours alone.
Do I need to add a payment method somewhere for this?
Yes, but to Meta, not to ZiroWait. Once you connect your own number, Meta requires a payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account so it can bill you directly once you go past the free allowance. ZiroWait never sees or handles that payment.
Does ZiroWait add anything on top of Meta's message prices?
No. We're registered with Meta as a Tech Provider, not a reseller, so what you see in our pricing table above is exactly Meta's own rate. We don't take a cut or add a markup on any message type.
What does it cost if I send a marketing broadcast to my customers?
Marketing messages are priced separately from service and utility messages, at about ₹0.8631 per message (around ₹1.02 with GST), and there's no free monthly allowance for this category. It applies any time you choose to send a promotional broadcast, on either the shared number or your own.
